Components



CAP CHANNEL Pre-punched on 28" centers to receive quarter inch "U" bolts. Cap Channels span more than one panel to add rigidity to top horizontal frames and are prefit and cut to size at factory.		BOX CHANNEL Unique, 1 1/4" by 5/8", roll formed "C" channel vertical frames bolt together toe to toe to create rigid vertical post 1 1/4" square. Box channel design eliminates telescoping of flanges.



HORIZONTAL STIFFENER 1" X 1/2" "U" channel stiffeners are welded to 1 1/4" by 5/8" "C" channel vertical frame at 3\'-6" above finish floor and are ground smooth for finished appearance.		FLOOR SHOE Cast metal shoes are provided with set screw adjustment creating finished appearance at finished floor.



LINE POST Unique 2" square tube post with 3/8" X 2" X 8" base plate provides symmetrical post that slide gate hardware may be mounted from either side. Post are pre-drilled and tapped to match punched holes of wire partition panels.	CORNER POST Fabricated from 1 1/4" X 1 1/4" X 1/8" angle with holes pre-punched to match vertical frames of wire partition panels.



WALL CLIP Formed 1/8" X 3/4" flat bar clip secures vertical 1 1/4" X 5/8" "C" channel when panels need to fit tight to wall. Three required.		END CAP WALL CLIP Innovative end cap clip is used to mount wire partition to wall when either light switch, conduits, or base molding prevent wire partitions from mounting tight to wall. This is the most preferred method of wall mounting especially when erecting a partition between two walls.
